These Terms govern your use of Mobivixo services, including subscription and one-off payment services. By using Mobivixo, you agree to these terms. You confirm that you are of legal adult age in your jurisdiction and are the device owner or have permission from the bill payer.
Certain Mobivixo services contain adult content for adults. By accessing such content, you acknowledge and accept this.
You register using your mobile phone number. Billing is via premium SMS as described during signup. Service fees, applicable taxes, and billing frequency are stated during the signup process.
For subscription services, you may cancel at any time by sending STOP via SMS as instructed during signup, or by contacting support@mobivixo.com. No further charges will apply after cancellation. One-off services do not require cancellation.
You may not share or redistribute content, attempt to disrupt the service, or share account access with others.
All content is owned by us or our licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed without consent.
We strive for uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee it. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of or inability to use the service, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms at any time. Price increases will be communicated in advance; subscription users may cancel before new pricing takes effect.
Contact support@mobivixo.com. If not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the relevant national authority in your country.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Right of withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw within 14 days of ordering without giving a reason. However, by agreeing to the terms of service during signup, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is waived once you access the content. To request a withdrawal before accessing any content, contact support@mobivixo.com.
Consumer rights: Under EU law, if the service does not meet the contract terms, you may request a fix at no cost, a price reduction, or a full refund for significant unresolved issues. Contact support@mobivixo.com.
